The article proposes formal definitions and signs of a territorial cluster and similar forms of interfirm cooperation (consortium, territorial production complex, holding, cluster initiative), formed with the help of elements of graph theory, introduced with the purposes of analyzing regional cluster policy and forming a scenario of a business game modeling dynamics interfirm interactions.
