This article discusses the development of the management
problems of investment-building complex in the Volgograd
region. The state of investment-building complex in the region is
analyzed, a comparison with the general trend of development of
investment and construction of the complex in Russia is provided.
To solve the problem area of advanced development in the territory
of the Volgograd region is proposed, and options for building clusters
in the Volgograd agglomeration area are discussed.
