The article discusses the features of the system approach, as directions of innovative activity in the sphere of organization of transport services for industrial enterprises. The necessity of its application in the furni-ture industry, in which the objective function of the transport service is performing work for the delivery of goods in accordance with the needs of these enterprises and high quality service to the service quality indicators include the timely implementation of transportation, the safety of goods (quantity and consum-er properties), the minimum transport costs.
