In modern economic conditions effective methods are
necessary for the Russian gold mining companies for development
of production, increase of competitiveness, profitability growth. The
integration processes directed on consolidation of the medium-sized
and small companies, are objective inevitability of a further stage of
development of the Russian gold mining branch.
