The possibility to obtain sulphoaluminate additive (SAA) consisting of the necessary quantity of aluminium sulpfate and aluminium hydroxide using water purification slimes is shown. It was fixed that the admixture of crystallized (SAA) with cement provides cement paste reinforce and structure formation at the share of ettringite crystals which make cement paste to be shrinkage compensative and expansive.
