In the logic of the system-activity approach in education, the article substantiates and presents the procedure and results of experimental work on the diagnosis and prevention of emotional burnout syndrome among teachers of preschool educational organizations. A complex of empirical psychological and pedagogical methods is proposed that allow diagnosing the initial state of respondents, as well as identifying the dynamics of indicators of significant personal states during the implementation and after the targeted author's training program.
