This article deals with directions in the methodology of teaching cadets and students in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system of the main types of concession sentences in German. Due to the presence in the German language of various types of concession sentences that are not similar to each other, defining them in the text, and thereby translating, presents great difficulties for students. However, it seems appropriate to classify the concession sentences into four types in order to optimize the translation possibilities for cadets and students during work with the scientific literature on law enforcement topics in German. Based on the purely practical need for the methodological development of this topic, this article aims to systematize concessive sentences for certain groups determined by the purely constructive features of each type, concessive sentences, without taking into account their genesis, and to establish ways of translating each group.
