The information about the functions performed by the human skin and factors affecting its condition, as well as data on the results of marketing research to identify the preferences of each person to preserve the youth of the skin of the face and body is presented in the article. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to use both creams with a high fat content, soothing components, and moisturizing milk with a minimum fat content. The Russian and foreign range of cosmetic cream-souffle was analyzed by component composition, price, regulatory documents and shelf life. The study revealed the presence of a large number of synthetic additives from many manufacturers. The development of a new natural moisturizing cream-souffle for the skin of the face and body is an urgent task for the perfume and cosmetics industry.
