The article deals with problems of humanitarian activity. The authors carry out a comparative legal analysis of legal acts regulating humanitarian activity. The result of this study is quite meaningful disclosure of the concept of «humanitarian aid». The results of the study can be tested in the national and international rule-making and law enforcement.
