Honesty, being one of principles of civil law, reflects essence of right, that is expressed in moral categories, such as a conscience and good. It is assumed that principle of honesty tells to us that the subject of civil legal relationships must operate not only coming from the rights and duties, and foremost with kind intentions, for example, not to harm the rights to other man, not to put him in scienter unprofitable position. The unproper use of civil laws blights to not only the separate citizen but also all society on the whole.
