Calculation method of electrostatic field intensity penetrating into insulation of cables’ strands, allowing consider partial penetration of this field into insulation of cable’s separate elements, and, therefore, to lower the field intensity measurement error, arising at such influence of fields is stated. It allows predict fire safety of multicore cables.
