Legislation promulgated by the State has not only textual but also legal nature. Any text, including such as legislation one, needs to be interpreted, but legislation text needs to be not only read but competently comprehended in the legal context. In practice interpretation problem solving becomes complicated by a number of problems and circumstances. Among them besides a range of problems connected with juridical techniques special place is taken by legal and logical problems. Interpretation of legal acts requires special training, skills and know-how. Not all legal problems of interpretation still become subject of theoretical study. Legal problems are concerned with exegesis and hermeneutics of interpretation, logical problems means isomorphism and antinomy of denotation relations.
