The unemployment problem among youth is a consequence
of transition of Russia from state planned economy to the
market. University graduates face an array of problems by search of
a workplace as they are insufficiently demanded in the labour market.
Therefore it is necessary to take a number of measures for the
solution of this question, to give various help to graduates in job
search. This problem carries both social and economic nature, so
its decision will promote increase of level of living in the country
and will increase cost efficiency of Russia
