The article shows that one of the most significant phenomena of social reality is the scientific management. We prove that the scientific management should be studied in several interrelated disciplines of different levels. On the level of general theoretical it is philosophy. On the theoretical level they are sociology and economics. At the application level they are pedagogy and psychology. The role and place of each discipline in the study of scientific management are described. Multidisciplinary model of scientific management is given.
