The article focuses on the actual problem of admissibility of the most popular procedural action — interrogation. Author describes different tactical approaches (recommended by the sciences of criminalistics, legal psychology, hypnoroproductology, psychophysiology, biorhytmology, extrasensorics and linguistics) that can be used by the investigator during the disclosure and investigation of crimes.
