The relevance of research to simplify the design and optimization of operating modes of the hydrogen fuel cell (FC) is very useful. It requires consideration of issues such as the method of hydrogen storage, especially hermetization of setting and the mode of occurrence of mass transfer processes to safe work fuel cell. The current-voltage characteristics of the membrane-electrode unit in different modes of hydrogen supply and the degree of moisture of the air have been obtained. The article shows the indicators of change in power depending on the pre-hydration ion exchange membrane.
