Technologization selection procedures and methods of performance management elements for the solution of the functional tasks of management are presented. Awareness of the need of technologizing comes gradually, when an organization is faced with the need to streamline the management and operational processes of the organization. Currently, there is practically no standard system or model that form and develop this activity. Technologization elements of the management of the organization are represented in the model selection and use of the method of implementation of procedure of the functional management tasks. The practical implementation of our model is implemented on a sub-example "Management personnel evaluation". Knowledge of and ability to use the methods of implementation of procedures on a new level could help to solve the existing and modern management problems.
