In connection with the creation of a January 1, 2015 the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC) was necessary to study characteristics of movement of cultural property across the customs border of the inter-state association. In the proposed article deals with the criminalization of smuggling of cultural property, which is set in the legislation of the five countries participating in this association. In this comparison of these problems are considered for the first time.
