The notion of innovation in education is presented.The application of information and communication technologies in the educational process is reviewed and methodological qualities are given. Personalpractice of of information technology application in the preparation of bachelors and masters in "Technosphere safety" is summarized. The experience of the information technology application is exemplified on the curriculum of "Noxology" and «Information technology in Occupational Safety", students’ research process, their independent work, and scientific conferences.
