Three names are recommended for conservation: Vesicularia (Müll. Hal.) Müll. Hal. against Vesicularia P. Micheli ex Targ. Tozz subject to the Nomenclature Committee for Bryophytes recommendation; Hapalosiphonaceae against Lunoeviaceae ; and Rhabdosphaera against Rhabdolithes . The name Fucus baillouviana should not be conserved with a conserved type. Conservation of the following names is not recommended: Detonia Freng. against Detonia Sacc.; Melobesiaceae against Hapalidiaceae and Lithothamniaceae, Moorea Engene & al. against Moorea Lemaire and Moorea Rolfe.
