Όψεις των επαγγελματικών συνταξιοδοτικών συστημάτων στην Ευρώπη: μια βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση

Public pension systems face due to demographic changes signifi cant challenges that lead to reforms and to the need to reexamine of the basic priorities and policy instruments in relation to pensions. One of the most important aspects of reforms has been the development and strengthening of occupational pension funds. Besides their basic characteristics, occupational pension funds present basic structural differences between EU countries. The present article seeks to highlight these differences and the basic characteristics in a variety of member states.
