Complete this form to request an increase to your Cost of Attendance for the purchase of a computer or computer equipment. The cost of the computer or computer equipment cannot exceed $2,500. If your Cost of Attendance is increased AND you have additional federal loan eligibility, we will increase your loans. If you have NO remaining federal loan eligibility, you will need to apply for an alternative loan.This appeal will NOT make you eligible for additional grant or scholarship funds. If you have already purchased the computer or computer equipment: u Submit the receipt(s) for the cost of the computer or computer equipment. If you plan to purchase a computer or computer equipment: u Submit a printed estimate(s) from the vendor indicating the cost of the computer or computer equipment. u Once a computer or computer equipment is purchased you will be required to submit the receipt to Financial Aid Services. u If you have overestimated your costs, we will reduce your Cost of Attendance to refl ect the actual amount (within $100).
