Weightlifters with multiple years of training experience are likely to perform skillful exercises with superior technique compared to novice lifters. Further, to successfully complete a skillful exercise, such as the squat it is imperative to execute the lift while maintaining a stable center of pressure (COP) to avoid losing balance. However, examining COP as a component of technique efficiency has yet to be explored.Florida Atlantic University3.983 JCR (2014) Q1, 6/81 Sport SciencesUE
