Louis Kunkel has devoted his career to understanding the causes, mechanisms and treatment of muscular dystrophies. Dr Kunkel is the past Director of the Genomics Program at Boston Children's Hospital and Professor of Genetics and Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.
