
Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma of the Clivus: Case Report

A case of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the clivus in a 21/2;-year-old boy is reported. There are no prior reports of this tumor in this location. The child was treated with operation, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. The tumor recurred locally 21 months later. The recurrence was palliated by operation and chemotherapy, permitting an additional 20-month survival.
