Human plasmablasts/plasmacells express complete IL‐27 and IL‐23 receptors; and IL‐27 but not IL‐23 exerts chemotactic properties on these cells and modulates different chemokines/chemokine receptors, yet both cytokines induce secretion of immunoglobulin (Ig)M and IgG.
