This study was undertaken to examine the differences in schoolfunding perceptions between Alabama school superintendents and legislators. Theoverarching purpose was to determine areas of agreement and disagreement so thatintermediaries working with both of these groups can help public policy makers make thebest education funding decisions through the legislative process
