A descriptive-observational study of a series case report of patients diagnosed with orbito-zygomatic complex (OZMC) fracture with lateral wall involvement, was conducted. All patients were assessed in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service at Hospital El Carmen, Maipu, Santiago, Chile.
