In the Letter to the Editor by Drs. Karnovsky and Roots entitled "A `Direct-Coloring' Thiocholine Method for Cholinesterases", which appeared in the March issue of the Journal (12:219, 1964) the following error occurred: on page 219, second column, line 8 from the top, the concentration of the eserine solution is given as 1M. The correct concentration is 10 -3 M. The Journal regrets this error.
