Developing a successful career is becoming increasingly difficult due to the rapid changes taking place in society and the increasing competition for jobs. Large organizations are paying more attention to assessing peoples careers. A variety of means including assessment centres, psychological testing, performance appraisal, career counselling, project workshops and other means are currently in use.
