Age-related scattered hypofluorescent spots on late-phase indocyanine green angiography (ASHS-LIA) might represent lipid accumulation in Bruch's membrane in the form of basal linear deposits (BlinD). The present study was conducted to describe the clinical characteristics of polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) associated with ASHS-LIA.
