Design: Experience report. Relevance: This study was aimed to report the historical landmarks of major activities of the Program of Tutorial Education, from the Ribeirão Preto Medical School (PET-FMRP) during the past 24 years, based on its digital and written documents. Comments: The PET-FMRP group has presented a consistent and increasing development of its teaching-research-extension activities, with repercussions to academy and society
