In the work the problem of telemedicine information security is studied. Classification of medical data from viewpoint of existing standards for information security in processes of both users authentication and security of processing medical information is fulfilled. Topics of information security in processes of both closed and open treatment are studied in details. There is presented existing legislative documents with respect to telemedicine information security of Republic of Poland.
