Analysis of complex parameters (indices) which are used in medicine and ecology has been performed. It has been shown that there are numerous variants of mathematical structures used to describe the individual and public health. They are formed from the individual parameters using various formulas. Information technologies for calculating complex indicators and integrative health assessments have been proposed. The verification of this technology was implemented.
