The aim of the study was to detect changes in lipid and carbohydrate metabolism and the level of C-reactive protein in patients with ischemic heart disease, combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Widespread ischemic heart disease combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease requires finding mutual pathogenetic mechanisms for improving the diagnosis and treatment optimization to improve the course and prognosis of these comorbid diseases. Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease must be classified as high-risk population.
