During the late manifestations after cranio-skeletal injuries there were observe violations of bile-form functions of liver. It was manifested by decreased of total gall acids in the bile, less of cholato-cholesterol ratio and the degree of conjugation of bilirubin, which is gradually recovering from 14 to 35 days, without reaching the level of control. Application of phytomedications is accompanied by accelerated recovery biochemical composition of bile and the normalization of the most studied parameters up to 35 days.
