We investigated the effect of chronic prenatal, postnatal stress and their combination on changes in lipid peroxidation, Na+,K+-ATPase, AST and ALT, the morphological structure of the rats’ heart of different sex. It was revealed the increase in lipid peroxidation products, increase in the activity of sodium-potassium ATP ase in males and the imbalance of its work in females, an increase of ALT in males. Most increase of necrosis’ amount was observed at postnatal stress in the heart of the males, combined – in females.
