In experimental condition complex morphological and biochemical methods peculiarities structural changes and lipid peroxidation in ventricles of cor pulmonale have been studied. It has been established that most morphologicalchanges and high degree lipid peroxidation prevail in right ventricle of decompensatory cor pulmonale.
