Modeling of an acute gastric reflex ulcer is accompanied by lipid peroxidation intensification of processes in the liver tissue (increased content of TBA-active products and diene conjugates) and decrease of antioxidant protection (reduced content ceruloplаzmin serum and total blood peroxide activity). Application on the background of an acute gastric reflex ulcer of Thiotriazoline for seven days at a dose of 9.07 milligram per kilogram of animal intraperitoneally eliminates the found violations and is accompanied by a strong anabolic effect which manifests accumulation of SH-groups in the liver tissue.
