The are presented the results of research indicators of immunological status in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after incluing in the complex therapy of diseases enterosorbents “Enterosgel” or “Karbolayn”. Received results showed that the disease is accompanied by increased levels of circulating immune complexes and immunoglobulin E content and a decrease in serum lysozyme. Enterosorption marked positive effect on the background of the basic treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as evidenced by the reduction of circulating immune complexes and immunoglobulin E and rising of lysozyme. After conducting a comparative analysis of two sorbents we found that carbon sorbent was more efficient.
