To describe our initial experience with a novel modification of the Mitrofanoff conduit technique utilizing the Yang-Monti ileovesicostomy and the serosa lined extramural tunnel of the T-pouch to create a continent catheterizable stoma in patients with a prior enterocystoplasty.
