Identifying intraepithelial sebaceous carcinoma cells in small periocular biopsies can be difficult, particularly in the conjunctiva. The goal of this study was to evaluate p53 and p16 immunohistochemistry as potential markers of intraepithelial sebaceous carcinoma.
