Experience with HD-Ara C in combination with AMSA was gained in 13 patients suffering from ANLL in various stages of their disease. They are incorporated in 3 large co-operative, mulicenter studies of the E.O.R.T.C. dealing with cyclic-alternating "maintenance", relapse patients and refractory ANLL.
