Engineering continues to suffer from a lack of gender diversity, but diversity is about more than just representation. This article explains what we mean by diversity and why it matters. The author explains how organizational climate and culture play a role in women’s decision to leave the profession, offering actionable ideas to help organizations retain diverse talent.
