This Latin phrase, spoken by Cicero around 70 BC, translates to “Oh the times, oh the customs.” These words are more than appropriate for the current worldwide crisis and how we react to it. When I wrote the summer Interface editorial, I hoped that society could look forward to resuming life as usual.
