Our main concern in this paper, is to prove the stability combined well-posedness results of solutions for a linear Timoshenko’s beam laminated with thermoplastic and past history together with distributed delay terms for the both cases nonequal and equal speeds of wave propagation. By using of some of the usual basic theorems and well-known methods in functional analysis.
