In the past year, two cases of third‐party harassment have come to BVA's attention. One involved a vet experiencing sex discrimination at the hands of a client and another involved racial discrimination by a client. Paul Beevers of the BVA's legal helpline provides some advice on what the role of the employer is in such situations.
