Opportunities for vets in a society that eats less meat

While global demand for meat is rising, there are signs in the UK that eating meat is becoming a more conscious choice for consumers. A debate at the BVA Congress at the London Vet Show explored the opportunities this might provide for vets, particularly with regard to improving animal welfare. Georgina Mills reports
