BVA's chief executive, David Calpin, reflected on the past 12 months and looked to the future during a BVA Council meeting held in Edinburgh on September 24, as part of the Association's Members' Day. The Council also discussed a draft BVA statement on a proposed change to Schedule 1 of the Hunting Act.
