Teamwork was an overarching theme of the first joint congress of the Veterinary Practice Management Association (VPMA) and the Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS), which was held near Oxford in January. With an emphasis on synergy between vets and practice managers, the meeting stressed the benefits of making best use of all members of the veterinary practice team. Manuela Herrera reports.
